Or should apathy proliferate? Shouldn’t economy flourish?
Or should its edifice crumble? Shouldn’t the young dream?
Or should their wings be clipped? Shouldn’t hope be nurtured?
Or should despair prevail? Shouldn’t Citizenry act?
Or should we simply let go? Shouldn’t we choose right?
Or should the wrong perpetrate? Shouldn’t we act responsibly?
Or should we coil back? Shouldn’t better things happen?
Or should we let stagnate? Shouldn’t we stimulate minds?
Or should we passively sedate? Shouldn’t we achieve good?
Or should indifference rule? Shouldn’t thinking trigger action?
Or should we sit back and idle? Shouldn’t we stand up?
Or should we simply shrug off?
If public good is the goal.
Our action is the only means.
